Every pie, cheesecake and muffin is made with the care, attention and pride that comes from being a family owned and operated business. All our desserts are hand made using only premium quality all-natural ingredients: fresh seasonal fruits, real cream, sweet butter, fresh eggs, whole milk, unbleached flour, pure vanilla. The list goes on. We never use preservatives, stabilizers, artificial flavors or coloring and trans fats/hydrogenated oils.
With a variety of seasonal choices like strawberry and peach pies in the summer; apple, pecan and pumpkin pies in the fall and winter; rhubarb and strawberry varieties in spring, we offer a variety of flavors to fit every mood, every month of the year. Remember a simpler time when a home-made dessert made you feel good all over? At The Pie Safe, it still does.

- All our pies, cheesecakes and muffins are made from scratch using pure butter, pure vanilla and whole milk.
- We only use fresh or frozen fresh fruit, never canned fruit for our pies.
- We buy local ingredients whenever possible to support local Missouri growers and farmers.
- If you can't have sugar, we also have fruit juice sweetened pies available, just ask!
- All of our pie crusts are made with 100% REAL Butter!
- You'll never find us taking shortcuts - we work hard to make our pies, cheesecakes and muffins the best you'll ever eat.

We are committed to making our cheesecakes just as delicious as our pies. We use only the freshest ingredients and make each cheesecake by hand from scratch. Our decadent Cheesecakes are perfect for any occasion - birthday celebrations, holidays, gatherings of family or friends, gift giving, or just a special treat for yourself! We offer a scrumptious selection, including our seasonal Pumpkin and Eggnog for a truly indulgent experience. Handcrafted with only the finest ingredients our large 10" Cheesecakes serve 12.
